This just a quick suggestion, that when I powered on my headless Ubuntu setup I expected to see a terminal output directly (like is common on the Raspberry Pi when the light OS is installed).
Instead I was given a GUI interface, which was confusing. It took me a few seconds to realize I needed to plugin in a mouse as well to click the terminal icon in the upper left. There could be a keyboard combination to select the icon but the few I tried were not immediately obvious.
It could be nice to have an option when flashing the OS or a config option to chose between GUI and terminal. I expected headless to be... well headless
