Using particle dev

Was working 2 hours ago, now has been “timed out” error for the last 2 hours.
Which version of Particle Dev? (There was a bug that could cause this prior to 1.18.0.)
What device are you targeting (Photon, Electron, etc.) and what system firmware version?
And it is actually timing out (takes more than a minute) or are you immediately getting the timed out message?
Do you experience the same problem using the Particle CLI compiler?
Version: 1.19.0
Electron: 0.6.4
It it not timing out after a minute, it comes back with that error within 10 seconds
Have not used the Particle CLI compiler
