Cloud event on 4/19 @ 12:35PM (EDT)?

I had five devices (combination of Electrons and Photons) go offline yesterday at 12:34PM (EDT) and they’re still offline. Is there an issue with the cloud or should I expect to have to go to each of them to restart? If DeviceIDs are required, please let me know to whom I should send them or if I should submit a support ticket, please advise.

There was no known cloud outage yesterday. If you create a support ticket with the device IDs I can check the logs and see if anything is unusual.
