I’m using Particle Photon for 1 year. It’s very usefull for me but i want to change pin names on the tinker application but i don’t know how. Can someone help me to solve this problem ?

Do you mean changing D0 to ‘my pin’. I don’t believe you can’t do that.
Yes, i mean that. I want to ask that because maybe someone did it before with making new interface or something else…

Back in the Spark Core days I did something like that here (with the pin naming on the ToDo list)
But since that proposal was never taken up I've dropped the endeavor 
(that's where my community avatar got the rainbow gear from

I did different application for Arduino bluetooth control before… but i don’t know how to do it for Particle ?

Nope, that was based on Particle's open source Android App repo and built from that in Eclipse - just because I already had that on my dev machine.
If I did that again, I'd use Android Studio.
