I have registered to qualcomm’s web site, got my registration confirmation, failed to connect, reset my password, asked to qualcomm’s support, reset again my password. Still unable to connect to the site.
Just tried registration with Qualcomm. I received the registration confirmation and the identification code for login. Successfully logged in, no issues.
Sorry about the trouble - we haven’t seen that issue before. Unfortunately, we can’t directly support the Qualcomm AI Hub login since it’s operated by Qualcomm (a separate company), but you can reach their support team via this form:
Just choose the relevant category (e.g. “Developer Portal” or “Account Access”) and include details about your registration and the password reset attempts.
Nope, my identification code (email) does not work.Thx for the create-case url (and this fast answer !!) but unfortunately, submitting a case implies a successful login….
I will try to register a new account with another email.
Working now. I have just registered another account with a different email and different password. Got all the process (registration mail,confimation mail, first logon check,…) running smoothly and can logon now.
Don’t know what happened with my first attempt but life is short, so go on.
