Using the AI accelerator documentation

It looks like Qualcomm has changed the developer tools so the instructions in the "Using the AI accelerator" page needs to be updated. I'm not sure what packages I need to install. Any help would be appreciated.

@raenrfm can you point out where you’re getting stuck? Any links and screenshots you have would help me recreate the issue.

When I try to add the license to the ai engine it's telling me it doesn't exist and I can't find it when I use the cli to list all available licenses, specifically the "qualcomm_ai_engine_direct..." any version of it. I'm logged into the cli.
