Hi all! We are seriously evaluating the Tracker One right now, and having an issue with the Particle Console's built-in map feature. Previously, when doing a historical search, we used to be able to see the tracks/traces taken by the devices. I'm talking about the baby blue breadcrumb trails, just like on the Tracker One product landing page ... highlighted in yellow on the screenshot below:
When I do a historical search, say the last 7 days knowing that the tracker was in a specific area, confirming that the cloud console even logged its location via CSV export, I still do not see the light blue tracking tracks on the Particle map UI page. It definitely used to do this and was a most useful feature. I'm wondering if the feature was silently removed, or if this is a bug?
Here is a screenshot of the UI showing no historical tracks where there definitely should be a track, as there are many location pings stored along the path. I have added red dashes where there should be historical tracks showing given the date/time range and the device selected.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.... Thanks!
PS I tried searching the forums/Google for a solution before posting this, but found nothing, possibly because the work "map tracks" is getting expanded by Google for map tracker.
