Bricked device - NV Data Backup needed

Dear all,

I played a bit around using lpa with listProfiles to find the correct device to attach to in order to download my eSIM profile since the described way is not working (see other thread).

Long story short - Device bricked - I can flash but it won’t boot any longer .
I backuped (of course after this desaster) the NV data and noticed that they are full of AT commands for sure issued by lpa. (Was just a lpa listProfiles --serial=xyz)

Can anyone send me his fresh Particle Tachyon Rest of World NV Backup (6 files using the particle cli e.g. windows terminal → ‘Particle tachyon backup’)

Or is there any other way to restore the device?

Sorry to hear this! If you can send me your device ID to my email address (nick@particle.io) we’ll figure this out. Its not automated yet, but we have the files.

For the eSIM issue, is this another thread in the community? I wasn’t aware this was broken and would love to look in and update it as well.

@ThomasK - send the backup via a DM! Please see the main thread in the Tachyon forum for the instructions on restoring your OS image. Sorry for the delay - I had to annrange my parents 50th wedding anniversary and brothers 40th birthday and only catching up now!
