Brand New Tachyon Dead Status LED - Code 10/Missing Permissions after Factory Restore

Tachyon Unresponsive: No Status LED, Serial Monitor Locks Up (Ticket #154775)

Hello, I am seeking engineering assistance for a Tachyon unit that has become unresponsive after initial flash and 0 days of use. It was previously "breathing green" but failed a cloud handshake and has since gone dark.
Current State:
Main Status LED: Completely black/off.
Battery LED: Solid Red or "Heartbeat" breathing (depending on charge).
Device Manager: Enumerates as "Tachyon" (WinUSB) and "USB Serial Device (COM6)".
CLI Status: Returns "Missing permissions to access the USB device" or "No serial port identified."
Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
Factory Restore: Successfully performed particle tachyon restore in EDL mode.
Power: Tested with high-power USB-C PD (Thunderbolt 3) and wall chargers.
Battery: Tested with both the large and small battery packs.
Hard Reset: Attempted 10s and 20s button holds with no change to the main LED.
Serial Debug: Opened a monitor on COM6; the cursor flashes but the device is non-responsive to keyboard input, and the CLI eventually freezes.
Drivers: Manually assigned WinUSB and CDC drivers via Zadig.
It appears the processor is alive but the system/OS is failing to boot or initialize the LED and data rails. My ticket is #154775 and my Device ID is 422a0600000000008511d877

First time on here just bought this Tachyon and dread a return any help is appreciated.

I submitted a ticket to support to find out everything runs through the community. was told to dm@support if no response...

I Completely started over and was able to completely reimage/flash i was able to do a cloud and shake and ping google over 5g, however i still have no led lights besides the battery

I have a fully functional Tachyon now except the LED by the power/reset button. that led is lose and appears to be not connected? how ever i did manage to get everything else working 100%.

Can you please post an image of the LED and where it should be in the board - a detailed photo would be appreciated.

these are about the best i can get the LED doesn't appear to have been fully soldered, however the tachyon is now working great as it should. Is this Board safe to without LED?

Looks like a dry joint. Mind sending me a better photo? (@me please so I get a notification).

But yes, the board should function just fine, though you won’t get any inherent feedback from the system.
