Boron setup as a gateway - but unable to use it

I have successfully completed all steps here: https://docs.particle.io/support/particle-devices-faq/mesh-setup-over-usb/#boron-gateway-setup.

But it is unclear how I can log into the network from an Internet enabled device.

To start I have a boron LTE setup as a gateway. Shouldn’t I be able to use the credentials created to log into that boron’s network? As it can be a standalone device.

To communicate with a cloud connected Particle device you’d use the cloud APIs.

Perhaps if you defined your use case - it would make it easier to offer advice ?
