If you’re unable to get a Boron to connect to the cloud, you should submit a support ticket with the device ID, ICCID, and/or serial number of the device. One good way is to put the Boron in listening mode (blinking dark blue) and issue the Particle CLI command: particle identify It’s also helpful…

[image] pierrick: It’s because my SIM is allready activated ? That shouldn't block you in any way. When you already sent a support ticket I guess @rickkas7 (or other support members) will get in contact with you, but for the time being, trying the applicable steps I linked above won't harm.

Actually, the Boron 2G/3G uses SFR in France. The Electron and E Series use Bouygues.

Thanks for this information @rickkas7 There are possibly a bug with SFR ? It has worked the first day after the first configuration …and since nothing.

Your Boron is a 2G/3G version, not LTE, right?
You are using it with the Particle onboard SIM, or a 3rd party SIM?
