Boron as asset tracker, assisted GPS?

I am planning to use boron with adafruit Ultimate Gps featherwing. Can this setup use assisted gps to make locking to satellites faster and overall improve accuracy in urban environments ?

The GlobalTop PA6H GPS on the Adafruit Ultimate GPS FeatherWing supports downloading EPO data, but does not support hinting based on things like cellular geolocation.

Also, while technically the hardware supports EPO download, to my knowledge none of the software libraries support it, so you’d have to write some FTP download code, and write the code to upload EPO data to the GPS. This would just improve the time-to-first-fix (TTFF), not improve accuracy in urban environments.
