This should be the main purpose of EtherSim, to find another carrier if the connection is ppor.
There are 4 devices installed within the same square feed, the one that has been disconnected, since 26th march, is last connected to Telia.
Please look into Telia, we do not have other devices connecting to it. The surely have some connectivity issues.
The device won't switch to a different carrier because the modem and SIM decide the best carrier, and the device is able to connect via GPRS. It's the unusual situation where the PDP session cannot be established, so the cloud connection can't be made. Device OS disconnects and restarts the process, but since the non-working carrier (Telia, in this case), keeps accepting the GPRS connections, it never falls to another carrier. We don't have a way to steer the modem to a different carrier, as this is handled internally within the modem. This situation is not supposed to happen.
The provider is working with the carrier to fix the issue. They found a workaorund while the underlying issue is resolved. I took a look at the devices you reported and are now online. If you encounter this same issue in the future, please DM me any ID so we can take a look.
