Hey, sounds doable.

There might be a limit in memory as to how many the device can scan.

Ezurio, (previous Laird) is supported by this beacon scanner library:

I think Monitor One suports ble 5 so there you have soemthing to look into.

I've used Monitor One with BLE sensors in the past with success.
