It seems that recently, the ability to add/register SIM cards outside of a product was taken down - is this correct? Or did it just move locations?
I am trying to add a SIM card I can use for debugging purposes/dev purposes outside of a product, but am relegated to adding a dev device within a different product which is less than ideal.
Have you tried setup.particle.io?
When you then select Electron/E Series you get this
When you hit the Activate a Particle SIM you should be able to activate a Particle SIM even without assigning it to a device.
