I have a few questions on the upcoming A & B Series.
- Has there been any ETA released?
- Are they pin compatible?
I think it’s a great idea and has a place in one of our upcoming products if it releases in time.
There has been no official announcement about availability or more specifics.
Yes, the A and B series are pin compatible, however they’re different sizes. The A (and X) are the small size the B is the large size. You can build a carrier board that supports both sizes, however.
Have the specs for the pins been released so that I could include the socket in our design?
No, the pinouts have not been released yet.
