Workaround eeprom to store more than 2000 bytes

Hello,

I am trying to store more than 2048 bytes in EEPROM space. is there a workaround the emulated
EEPROM so that the flash memory can be accessed?

I am expecting about 7000 bytes. I plan to store a model so that it will be retained between power outages and change it once a while through cloud functions.

Thank you.
