VL6180X Time of Flight sensor

Hi,
I am using VL6180X Time of Flight sensor with Argon, and I am looking for a more precise sensor if anyone has used more accurate sensor I can use in industry. Accuracy of 1 mm distance ranging will be great.

I have been testing with the VL53L1X which gives you a number of settings to maximize range, sensitivity and accuracy (pick two!).

This device also supports an interrupt functionality that can support low-power operations - a big draw for me.
