I have a Tachyon that worked fine when I first set it up. I then connected a Pimoroni NVMe Base with a 1TB Crucial P3 SSD. When I first attempted to boot after installation, the LED flashed green a couple of times, then went back to red. I undid everything, and reconnected the ribbon cable connecting the Base to the Tachyon. Now when I reboot the device, the LED blinks green for a much longer time than before (3-4 minutes) before finally settling down to solid green, and loading the OS.
This isn’t a big problem, but I suspect that it might be searching the 1TB for an OS, before timing out and falling back to the OS on the internal drive. Is there something I should do to tell it to just boot from the OS on the main board? Or is this slow start expected behavior?
