As Nick outlined above the immediate focus has been on the headless build, but the graphics are at the top of the priority list and should become available in the next weeks starting with DSI display support and Adreno GPU hardware acceleration with USB DP coming next.
Same as with a recent 20.04 release that added DSI support (Tachyon Ubuntu 20.04 Release 1.0.170) we are focusing on Raspberry Pi Touch Display 2 support and Waveshare Raspberry Pi displays (with Goodix touchscreen controller).
