Have you updated to latest Atom 1.0.15? It should fix the issue with incompatible native modules.
You can try clicking the red bug icon in status bar and then Rebuild modules button.

Hmm, my atom updated its packages today now it no longer works, gives me an error rebuilding spark-dev-1.0.26

Yeahā€¦I got the same thingā€¦I removed the spark-dev-01.0.26 and then re-installed it. After re-installing it should work.
