Is it possible to transfer the ownership of one library to another?

At this point in time, working with @jgoggins offline might be the only way to sort that out.

Is there an automated way to transfer ownership of a library? It probably doesn’t come up very often, but I do need help in doing that.

There is no automated way to do it, but if the owner of the library submits a support ticket requesting the transfer of the library it can be done with a support ticket. Include the library name, transfer from and to, and there is one more validation step.
