So glad to hear there’s been progress, I am testing your 1.2 re using the github/composer and seems to build without issue. But when flashing it stops early in the process with cannot find misc partition! Tried both headless and desktop versions.
Ive had to factory reset to get it to load 20.04

If I could request a firmware update...I'm building a project on the Tachyon and trying to use the 120° wide-angle M12 version of the Arducam 16MP IMX519 camera (Amazon ASIN B0C53BBMLG).
The standard autofocus IMX519 module (B0B3XBQM9Z) streams fine, but this 120° manual focus version fails during QMMF init with CAM_ERR: CAM-CSIPHY: CSID 2 err 0x20 phy 3 in dmesg. It looks like the driver is looking for the VCM autofocus actuator (cam-actuator0) from the standard module, and errors out when it can't find the motor IC over I2C
Is there any chance we could get a device tree overlay or OS update that supports IMX519 modules without the VCM actuator?
I see lots of activity for the 20.04 version, but not for 24.04???
Hence I still can't install the image created using the composer due to the new partitions, that's the main issue there seems to be no updated configuration for the partitioning.
Can you please provide an update and timeline for 24.04?
