Tachyon unable to connect to cellular

I have been attempting to setup my Tachyon and have been unable to get it to setup and establish a cellular profile.

Here is the output from:

journalctl -u particle-tachyon-rild --no-pager

I'm in the UK (and selected that region at setup). I have attempted install 4 times and ensured I was outside during the 4th setup (to make sure there would be a good mobile signal). I've tried the troubleshooting steps suggested in Cellular Modem | Particle Developer.
