This should certainly be possible on the Photon and the Electron since they have more room for firmware code and available RAM. I’ve added an issue to our internal tracker - will post back here when adding TLS to the photon is scheduled!

No updates to report. But we will be using PolarSSL to provide TLS and DTLS on the photon and electron. We hope to have this in place by the end of the year.
