[SOLVED] Photon+DHT22 reporting ISR Timeout Error

Hi all,

I’m rather new to this, but am trying out some tutorials I’ve found for creating a Temperature sensor.

I’m using the PietteTech_DHT library, but every time I run the DHT_Sample.ino, I get a result of ISR time out error.

I can’t seem to find out what exactly this means, and what the cause is.

I’ve tried this with a couple of different resistors I have: 510 Ohm, (2x 510 Ohm), and a 4.7kOhm, and without resistors, but I can’t get it to do anything else.

occasionally, the loop just sends the Photon into breathing green after a few iterations.

Any ideas what is causing this timeout error? could it just be a problem with my DHT22?

I solved this… I’m embarrassed to say that my particle wasn’t pushed down far enough into the breadboard. So it wasn’t making & keeping contact with the elements. lol
