Solid Magenta unable to connect the core

I tray more time to reconnect my core but I’m unable to do. I Always have or solid mogenta or flashing blue.
This after a factory reset (Mode button and reset). I tray also with the command particle serial wifi but nothing.
This is the answer with the command:
Attempting to configure Wi-Fi on COM4
I said: w
Serial said: SSID:
I said: Wireless_2GEXT

Serial said: Wireless_2GEXT

Something went wrong Serial prompt timed out - Please try restarting your device

Thanks a lot for a help

As the firmware that is shipped during manufacturing has some issues with Serial, it might be causing the issue.

Do you have Particle-CLI or DFU-util installed?

I have Particle-CLI installed do you have some suggestions?
Thanks a lot

Ok follow the DFU steps here:

I tray with DFU but I have a response this is for the part1  Last page at 0x8023cb9b is not writeable
This is for the part2:Last page at 0x80624c07 is not writeable
A question is correct the command for spark cores:
dfu-util -d 2b04:d008 -a 0 -s 0x80200000 -D system-part1-0.4.3-p1.bin
dfu-util -d 2b04:d008 -a 0 -s 0x80600000:leave -D system-part2-0.4.3-p1.bin

The thread title says… Core and you are trying to flash a P1 system firmware?

Sorry to have given the wrong information. Please do this:

Good Afternoon it’s working! thanks a lot from your help!

I have the same solid magenta issue and did run the dfu-util -d 1d50:607f -a 0 -s 0x08005000 -D core_tinker.bin command on my :particle: Core, but what I got was

dfu-util 0.8

I have fixed the problem by re-applying the deep-update using Particle CLI

$> particle flash --usb deep_update_2014_06
