Solar Panel Recommendation for use with Particle Power Shield

Can anyone recommend a medium-sized solar panel that will work with the Particle Power Shield? (https://docs.particle.io/datasheets/photon-shields/#power-shield)

Power Shield has two possible connections for panels, one 5V, the other “7-20V”. Lovely. Most of the panels out there are 6V.

Ideally, it’d be a 2W+, 7-20V and be about 4"x5" in physical size. Am I dreaming?
