SLEEP_NETWORK_STANDBY with Cellular.off()?

The latest 0.5.0 Electron firmware now automatically turns the cellular radio off when you call SLEEP_MODE_DEEP. I'm pretty sure that is the lowest power consumption mode possible.

With the modem off network standby will not work.

Currently stop mode sleep (the 2nd one) will use less data since it doesn’t have to resync with the cloud. This will be addressed in 0.6 which will also avoid needing to resync with the cloud after waking up from deep sleep.
