Send NFC tag ID to web

Hi, I need read NFC tag with RC522 module and then send tag ID to the server, local website or database (couchdb) it doesn’t matter… How to do this? With spark publish or local communication? Or spark get? I will send 5$-10$ to someone who do this to his PayPal (or account). Thx
