Science fair sparkcore entry?!

Is it possible for me to enter my sparkcore project containing a sparkcore and other components into my local science fair and if that go’s well maybe Nationals. Is there any rules against entering Spark’s product into the fair? (After my science fair i will post my project to spark)

Of course not, in fact I think I speak for the entire team when I say we’re excited for a :spark: to be part of anyone’s project.

Doubly so if you make it to nationals.

Good luck, and don’t forget the support and advice you can get here to help you through any issues you might encounter.

@Steph I have an Idea but I’m scared to post it before the fair someone might see my idea and use and make it better.

No worries - @CNBurger just let us know how it goes afterwards! And seriously if you have questions feel free to ping team members privately if you want to wait on sharing your idea  Good luck!!

Hi @CNBurger,

Have you seen my Phone Isolation Sheild yet for Landline / VOIP Phones ? Trust me, they know about your idea. Your Phone is a NSA listening spy device.

@spydrop luckily I haven’t noted anything on my phone or have anythingbon my phone about my project. In my old fashioned notebook of ideas.

Thant’s Great ! do let us all know how your science fair entry does. Good Luck !!

Yes of course! I have too many secrets right now... I've helped lots of people with their secret designs and would never steal your idea or blab about it. I will tell you this though, it really is hard to get something done and keep it a secret the whole time. Just telling someone what something is intended to do can really open the doors for the right way or better ways to get to the end goal. Having to shield the real operation of something really hinders that. I design products for military applications at my day job, and it's a real PITA not being able to just tell someone what something is for... I don't even tell them when we HAVE an NDA in place.
