I have vibration sensor(see the attached picture), that has RS485± and i want to get data from this sensor to my Boron, is it possible? and how?

Have you tried searching the forum for RS485?
Additionally your request is missing crucial info about the protocol used - the hardware layer is one thing but the software definitions are equally important.

yes i did, i dont know about the software layer , how can i find that ?
1.check data scheet of sensor to determinate protocol
2. provide part no: (name of sensor) here that someone can check what it is
3.do some research on you own, then back here as no one here is a clairvoyant or a wizard
