ReSpeaker on a Electron/Photon

Hello,

Has anyone tried hooking up a ReSpeaker to a Photon or Electron? Can you please share your insights and perhaps some code to guide me in the right direction? I am specifically interested in off-line voice recognition.

How exactly would you like to hook them up, and to what purpose? The respeaker contains an Arduino module, and as such, serial communications should be possible like they are with ‘normal’ Arduinos.

Thanks, @Moors7. Ideally, I would like to use the off-line voice recognition of the ReSpeaker to trigger events remotely using the Electron’s cellular capabilities. I guess I could use serial comms, but it seems… inelegant.

I have the same question using a Respeaker Core V2 which is not using an Arduino module.
Would it be any solution ?
