Redbear OTA update not persistant

Ive tried several ways to update my Production redbear product over the air

  • using particle product platform,
  • using CLI

I’ve tried the device both in normal and in safe mode :

  • The console says flash status : success, but then the device boots back into the old version of the firmware (not the new one) , this repeats over and over
  • If I do via CLI then it does the same, but only tries once.

Ive tried both remote devices and devices on my desk.

Is there any more logging / debugging that can be retrieved as to why this is failing ?

Unfortunately I don’t have much experience with the RedBear Duo so I’m not sure how to troubleshoot that either.
