@ascii, if you are not already doing so, flash @rickkas7’s electron-debugging firmware.bin file to your Electron. You then need to connect your PC to the Electron USB serial port using a Terminal program (eg. PuTTY). Doing so will allow you to run the Advanced Tests described in the github page. You will be able to enter an APN and test a keep-alive value for your provider. I found this on the internet for Vodafone in Malta:
APN: Internet or Connect
Username and Password: Internet or connect
I suggest you test a keep-alive value of 30 seconds to start and keep increasing it until it no longer maintains a connection after a few minutes.
With a working credentials and keep-alive, you can use these to configure your Electron in your own applications.
