Problemas de photon

Buenos días compañeros, soy nuevo utilizando photon y quería consultar un problema, lo que pasa es que cree una aplicación para Android la cual envía a mi photon instrucciones como Encender, Apagar, subir y bajar temperatura de aires acondicionados, mi photon las recibe y ejecuta una función que emite pulsaciones infrarrojas cada que se envía una instrucción, es para mi trabajo de tesis, el problema es que el día de hoy al enviar las instrucciones desde mi aplicación, el les deja de respirar cían y se queda congelado y no ejecuta ninguna función, e incluso si trato de emitir las pulsaciones no funciona. Cabe aclarar que ya se encontraba funcionando bien desde hace semanas y el dos de hoy me ocurre este problema, sinceramente necesito de su ayuda ya que se aproxima la fecha de entrega de mi trabajo, me podrían apoyar porfavor???
