I set the SSID while connected via USB. When I disconnect and then connect at location, it sometimes connects to a different AP’s SSID. I don’t see a way to block (old) SSID. Can someone please send me a link to the proper procedure. A couple of times, it has switched after several hours of connection. I would guess this is from a reboot, don’t know for sure.

You can use the Configure Wi-Fi tool to remove selected credentials.
You can also clear all credentials before setting the one you want to keep. Hold down the MODE button until the status LED blinks dark blue, then continue to hold it down until it blinks rapidly, then release. That will remove all of the credentials then you can set the new credentials.
