[PHOTON] Scan LAN Connected Devices

Hello,

After Photon connected to a network and working, it’s possible to find or scan for connected devices in this network?

I need to do some actions when a new device connects to the same network as the Photon.

Example:
When some devices connects to LAN, I need to send an message.

It’s possible to scan or find an device MAC address in my LAN?
