Is the Photon IPv6 compatible and if so when it deploys SLAAC does it use EUI-64 (MAC ADDRESS used) or is it using a random generator for the interface ID part of the address and if so how often does this change.

The Photon does not support IPv6. It is not currently a planned feature for the Photon or P1.
