We have a fleet of around 2000 devices, and as we rolled out the update to 1.4.4, we’ve had around 10 customers report that their device became bricked during the OTA update. I’ve been able to replicate this on a Photon and the symptoms are no color on the LED and completely unresponsiveness. The Photon does not respond to any input from the buttons or through serial.
Has anybody else experienced this?
