Firstly, I tried Device Doctor again and selected the "Advanced" option and set the WiFi antenna to internal and tried again. Sadly same results.
I've also tried the Device Restore / Web Based Setup and still no further forward.
Using the Web Based Setup - i've captured the logs.

The process seems to get stuck at the p2-bootloader@5.5.0.bin - eventually the device stops responding and then resets and trys again.
Any more ideas?
BTW, i noticed on the forum another person is getting same problem?
