Particle Serial Monitor - Connected No Output

Hi,
I recently ran into a problem when running particle serial monitor to see the output from my Electron 3G, I was able to connect successfully but couldn’t see any output.

FYI, we have multiple E3G running the same firmware that are all functioning as expected

I’ve reflashed the device and made sure the firmware was installed correctly etc. & then tested with another E3G that I know is currently working, with the device in the exact same scenario I was able to connect to the serial monitor and see the output as expected.

If anyone has any ideas, anything is appreciated.
