I made my own as I wanted to incorporate the relay into the PCB due to size restrictions. That and I enjoy designing PCB’s 
For higher currents (240V, 15A) I used OMRON relays with NPN transistor as per this post and for lower voltages (<24V) I loved using Reed relays as can been seen in this post.
