Particle console Battery Charge vs. getSOC()

Hey,
I have an E Series Eval Board hooked up with the 3.7V Lipo battery.
The particle Console is stating 99% Battery charged. When I call

fuel.getSoC()

is states 85%.
Why would they show different ?
