Tried installing on two other Windows machines got Issue with CLI Windows installer, emit of null .

Installed latest node.js on first machine, now get the same error on all machines.
Is it possible to run ‘particle setup’ from the command line, and have the Visual Studio Code install ‘see’ that version?
