This is weird. Last time, I have built it on Workbench, and there were errors. Yes, you are right WebIDE works fine.
In my workbench, compile&working well on my Argon&Photon now.
I finally tried out the google library I posted above and it works pretty well so I would use that if you want to use IoT Core
