I am seeing some of my M404 Devices freeze on me at random intervals. It happens both for system on and off wi.fi. Anyone experience something like this? The freezing isn't consistent but just randomly to where even my code will not run and the status LED stops.
Which version of DeviceOS are you running? It's recommended to have the M-SOM on the latest 6.x version as it's actively getting fixes and new features.
They are all on 6.3.4. Unfortunately they are not in sites that are easily accessible nor do they have any sort of cloud connection.
