Keep getting red light on RFID-RC522

Hi all,
I am newbe for Raspberry PI & Arduino.
I have been tested RFID-RC522 on the Arduino with the simple DumpInfo code.
I have a red solid light on the RFID-RC522 and on the COM3

PIN OUT
RC522 MODULE Uno/Nano
SDA D10
SCK D13
MOSI D11
MISO D12
IRQ N/A
GND GND
RST D9
3.3V 3.3V

@parkypark, this forum is for Particle devices (Photon, Electron, Boron, Argon and others). You would be better served on the Arduino forum.
