Is the Power Shield protected against reversed DC supply?

Does the Power Shield (v2.1) have any protection against the DC source being wired up backwards?

That is, if it accidentally gets -12VDC on the 7-20V external DC supply, what’s likely to happen? (I’m not planning on doing this, but I’m installing in a location where it might happen accidentally. Wondering if I need to worry about that.)

Thanks,
Mike

I see a B230 diode introduced at the +V side of the power terminal and should provide the reverse polarity protection.
