How to listen for spark/device/last_reset events

Is there a way to listen for /spark/device/last_reset events through curl?

I am trying the following command:
curl -H “Authorization: Bearer [accessToken]” https://api.particle.io/v1/events/spark/device/last_reset

and I get:
{“ok”:false,“error”:“Not Found”}
